Texas-Based, JAG Metals to be Primary Sponsor of the No. 48 Chevrolet Driven by Tyler Reddick on May 21st

WELCOME, N.C. (May 18, 2022) – Big Machine Racing is pleased to announce that JAG Metals, LLC will be the primary sponsor of the NASCAR Xfinity Series No. 48 Chevrolet Camaro, driven by Tyler Reddick for the upcoming SRS Distribution 250 at the Texas Motor Speedway on Saturday, May 21st at 1:30 p.m. ET on FS1, PRN and Sirius XM NASCAR Radio.

Reddick ran his first race with Big Machine Racing in Darlington on May 7. Starting from the 34th position, Reddick was able to race his way to the top-ten. After overcoming obstacles with minor damage to the right-front and going to the back of the field, Reddick was able to battle his way to the front. With seven laps to go, Reddick led the field to the green, only to fall victim to a cut tire and end the day with a 26th place finish.

“We’re very excited to have JAG Metals on board with us this weekend in Texas” said team manager Keith Barnwell. “There's something to be said about having a Texas based company partner with our car for their home-state race and we’re happy to have their support and represent them on race day.”

“Super stoked about the car, the driver and the team. It's an amazing opportunity and we'll see you in victory lane!!!!” Said JAG METALS, LLC Owner Justin Bradley.

NASCAR driver, Tyler Reddick said “After learning what we did at Darlington, Texas is a very important weekend for the 48 and our RCR affiliates. I’m hoping for good speed out of our JAG Metals / Spiked Coolers Chevrolet, and we are ready to put the necessary work in to move our cars to the front of the field.”
