QUOTES
JADE BUFORD, DRIVER OF THE NO. 48 BIG MACHINE VODKA SPIKED COOLERS CAMARO
“This Big Machine Vodka Spiked Coolers team is ready to head back to Texas this weekend. We had a great run there the first time around and we’re really wanting to make the most of these last few races of the year. The team has done a great job of bringing fast cars every week and I’m confident we can put together a strong performance on Saturday.”

NOTES
BACK IN THE LONE STAR STATE: Jade Buford and the No. 48 Big Machine Vodka Spiked Coolers team had a solid run during their first stop at Texas Motor Speedway in the spring. The NASCAR Xfinity Series rookie scored a 16th-place finish and ran as high as 11th. This season on 1.5-mile ovals, Buford has put together four top-20 efforts.

TEXAS BORN: While Buford currently calls Nashville, Tennessee, home, the Big Machine Racing driver was born in Houston, Texas, just four hours away from Texas Motor Speedway.

IN CASE YOU MISSED IT: Last week, Big Machine Racing announced an enhanced partnership with Richard Childress Racing for the 2022 season. The team will relocate to Welcome, North Carolina, and will receive chassis and engineering support from RCR. Back next year is driver Jade Buford, along with crew chief Patrick Donahue.
